(OTCBB: BABB) announced today that the reopening of its Superior, Wisconsin store has exceeded all previous openings in its first three days of operation, having broken the previous record set just last month in Minot, North Dakota. Opening day at the Big Apple Bagels was the main event in Superior on September 17, 2010 as a new Franchisee unveiled its free-standing rendition of BAB's redesigned café concept. This makes its two latest openings the biggest ever for BAB, which has recently completed a major reimaging initiative to its bakery café concept. The company has seen resurgence in franchising activity over the last several months. Now in development and scheduled to open over the next few months are new cafés in Brownsburg and Fort Wayne, Indiana, Canton, Michigan and Denver, Colorado.
