After seeing unprecedented growth throughout the year, new area developers Roger Patel and Tom Petska are taking Hurricane Grill & Wings and its laid back, family-friendly beach atmosphere into Louisiana, Minnesota, Georgia and Alabama and additional locations in Central Florida.
With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Tom Petska joins Hurricane Grill & Wings as an area developer with a commitment to build 15 locations in Central Florida, 22 in Northern Alabama and Northern Georgia and 17 in Minnesota. With a deal signed, Tom is on track to develop 55 Hurricane Grill & Wing locations.
Roger Patel joins Hurricane Grill & Wings with a strong background in the restaurant industry with over 24 years of experience. With previous success in franchising, Roger will be opening 10 units, bringing the casual restaurant’s award-winning wings and amazing flavors to the state of Louisiana.
