Attorney Eva Klein Joins Ruskin Moscou Faltischek

November 09, 2011 // Franchising.com // Uniondale, Long Island, New York, - Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that attorney Eva Klein has joined as Counsel to the firm in the Real Estate Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Klein worked for 16 years at Miami, Florida law firm, Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff and Sitterson, P.A., as Shareholder in the Real Estate Department and a member of the Firm's Board of Directors as well as serving on the Firm’s Hiring Committee. Ms. Klein counseled clients in all aspects of real estate transactions throughout the United States and abroad, including the acquisition, sale, leasing, financing and development of office, retail, hotel, residential communities, casinos and multi-use properties. She also represents clients in the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts for major developments, as well as representing institutional lenders in commercial real estate financing.
