RE/MAX Select Real Estate, a residential brokerage in Maple Valley Washington announces a merger with RE/MAX Leading Edge of Black Diamond and the opening of a second location at The Landing in Renton, WA.
Maple Valley, WA, January 04, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Despite another challenging year in the housing market, RE/MAX Select Real Estate, located in Maple Valley, WA recently announced plans for growth and expansion in 2012.
The Maple Valley office recently merged with RE/MAX Leading Edge out of Black Diamond, WA. "Both of our offices share a common philosophy of exceptional customer service and community support, so the merger seemed natural," said Colleen Fischesser, Designated Broker and Owner of the Maple Valley office. The merged office will operate under the RE/MAX Select Real Estate name. In addition to the merger, Fischesser announced plans to open a second franchise in Renton, WA at The Landing. "It’s been our long term plan to better serve our clients and colleagues with a second, more centrally located office; however it was imperative that location have the same overall sense of community and caring as does Maple Valley. The Landing is not just a great place to shop; it is a pro-active group of residents, business owners and employees who enjoy a strong community spirit". Fischesser plans to have the second location open by late Spring, early Summer of 2012.
Over the past 4 years, the Maple Valley RE/MAX office has helped raise over $300,000 for Children’s Miracle Network and Seattle Childrens Hospital.
Their expansion and growth will allow them to reach more families as they will add RE/MAX Race for the Cure to their list of causes, raising much needed funds for Breast Cancer treatment and research.
