AlphaGraphics, Inc. Purchased by an Affiliate of Blackstreet Capital
Salt Lake City, UT (Grassroots Newswire) January 18, 2012 – Business and marketing communications franchisor AlphaGraphics, Inc., formerly owned by the UK-based G A Pindar & Son Ltd., has been purchased by an affiliate of Maryland-based private equity fund Blackstreet Capital Partners II. The transaction closed on January 11, 2012.
