Dallas-based Greenz, Salads for Z’ Adventurous, Expands Third Franchise Location in Houston

July 16, 2012 // Franchising.com // DALLAS, TEXAS – Greenz Franchise Systems announces today an agreement with Kimberly Taylor, to open Greenz Salads’ third franchise eatery and the company’s first outside of Dallas. Additionally, Taylor will be the first female franchise owner in the company.

The new Greenz Houston franchise is slated to open in the next 6-9 months with the location still under wraps. SRS Real Estate is leading site selection and negotiation. Frost Bank facilitated the small-business loan process.
