Real Estate Agent Lynn Burkholder Joins RE/MAX Classic

St. Davids, PA, August 01, 2012 - (PR.com) - RE/MAX Classic Real Estate Broker/Owners Scott and Brett Furman are pleased to announce that Lynn Burkholder has joined their office as sales partner.

Lynn's knowledge of the local marketplace is extraordinary. By focusing on building lifelong relationships with her customers and other members of the community, Lynn has built an outstanding network of resources to fulfill her clients’ needs and desires.

Ms. Burkholder has 33 years of real estate sales experience. Lynn sold new construction and managed new home sales associates for 7 years beginning in 1979. In addition to obtaining her Real Estate License in 1984, Lynn holds the prestigious designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). These designations are awarded only to residential real estate associates who comply with strict educational requirements, combined with experience and sales results.

Ms. Burkholder enjoys traveling to exotic locations, including Australia, Alaska, Switzerland as well as many others. Lynn's hobbies include skiing and antiquing. She is also active in various cancer charity organizations. Lynn was a Realtor with RE/MAX Executive Realty, and is a member of the Suburban West Realtor Association and the National Association of Realtors. As a longtime area resident, she specializes in residential listings and sales in Delaware, Montgomery and Chester Counties, in addition to the surrounding Suburban Philadelphia areas. "I am very impressed that RE/MAX Classic has the highest number of transactions per agent reported in the past survey of the Philadelphia Business Journal. My decision was influenced by the fact that RE/MAX Classic just upgraded all of their software, servers and telephones with the latest and greatest technology. However, once I saw that RE/MAX Classic uses a new system for their agents and employees, which provides instant, on-demand and live access to RE/MAX University video content, I joined."

“Education, training and professional designations are critical for real estate agents in today’s market. We know they make a difference for a homebuyer or seller,” said Brett Furman. “Equipping our agents with a REMAX University education insures that they will continue to outpace others in terms of knowledge and training. As a result, we will be able to help homebuyers navigate through the process with ease, and also insure that sellers will sell their homes quicker and with minimal stress.”

Lynn Burkholder can be reached by calling her at 610-527-5774 or lynnb@remax.net.
