Fresh To Order To Host Tasting Events For Franchise Prospects, North Carolina Business and Civic Leaders

Innovative dining concept that brings elevated level of food, service and decor to the Fast Casual restaurant segment announces expansion plans for the Carolinas.

ALPHARETTA, Ga., Sept. 11, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- Successful Atlanta restaurateur Pierre Panos will give franchise prospects as well as civic and business leaders an inside look at his newest concept, Fresh To Order (f2o), during tasting events next week in Charlotte and Raleigh.

Fresh To Order plans to open at least 25 new restaurants in the Carolinas and is using the two events to launch a search for franchisees to develop the innovative new franchise concept that combines the quality of casual fine dining with a fast-casual operating platform and price point.

The events are scheduled for:

  • Sept. 18, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Charlotte City Club in Charlotte
  • Sept. 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Cardinal Club in Raleigh

Panos announced earlier this month that he was seeking multi-unit franchise prospects to drive Fresh To Order's expansion throughout the Carolinas.

At the tasting events, Panos will share f2o's growth plans for the area and Executive Chef Jesse Gideon will be on hand to prepare a fresh tasting of items from the f2o menu.

"This will be an opportunity for prospects as well as local leaders to see why f2o is the next evolution in Fast Casual dining," said Panos. "We want our guests to experience first-hand what Fresh To Order is all about."

Fresh To Order's menu features chef-inspired cuisine including traditional entrees, Panini sandwiches, soups and salads, all prepared and served to customers'tables in less than 10 minutes.

Founded in 2006, Fresh To Order has five restaurants operating in Atlanta, and one in Chattanooga. Two additional franchise locations are scheduled to open this year, including one in Concourse B of the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

About Fresh To Order

Founded in 2006, Fresh To Order, or f2o, was created with a vision to combine the food quality of casual fine dining with the dining environment and price point of fast casual.

f2o, a pioneer in this "fast fine" dining segment, has already distanced itself from fast-casual eateries by providing a finer dining taste profile at a fast-casual price point with an elevated level of service. From the lettuce and vegetables to proteins and sauces, f2o offers a fresher and exciting dining alternative. The ingredients look and taste different from other restaurants– because they are.

Five of f2o's six locations are located in and around metropolitan Atlanta, with the sixth location in Chattanooga, Tenn. Two of the locations are franchised, with two more franchised locations slated to open this year. By 2015, f2o expects to have 50 locations nationwide, with another 50 in its development pipeline.
