LED Source Announces New Director of Sales for Retrofit Division

January 24, 2013 // Franchising.com // Wellington, Fla. - LED Source, the leading North American LED lighting solutions provider specializing in architectural, entertainment and retrofit applications, is pleased to announce its new director of sales for the retrofit division, Andrew LeFevre.

A graduate of Western Michigan University, LeFevre comes to LED Source after spending more than 15 years in medical sales. Most recently, he worked at a venture capital-backed medical startup, where he earned recognition for consistently exceeding quota for all objectives and turning low-performance territories around.

His past experience gives him extensive strategic selling and sales leadership knowledge, which will help LED Source grow and adapt to new challenges and opportunities in the coming years.

“LED Source’s adaptable corporate environment is leading the way in changing the landscape of traditional lighting culture,” said president and CEO Marcel Fairbairn. “Andrew will be instrumental in helping the retrofit division meet and exceed growth projections.”

LeFevre added, “I find comfort in the trenches and look forward to assisting with new solutions in this fast-paced and rapidly growing industry.”
