Roetzel Welcomes New Partner James V. Inendino
January 24, 2013 // Franchising.com // Roetzel is pleased to announce that James V. Inendino has joined the firm's Real Estate group as a partner in the Chicago office. He will also become a member of the firm's Financial Institutions industry group.

Mr. Inendino handles a variety of real estate matters, with a focus on industrial, commercial, and multi-family residential development, construction, financing and leasing transactions. He has extensive experience representing industrial, commercial and residential property developers in all phases of development. Mr. Inendino also has wide-ranging finance experience and has represented both financial institutions and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Routinely asked to speak at industry functions, Mr. Inendino has been named a "Leading Lawyer in Illinois" in Real Estate Law since 2008 by the Leading Lawyers Network. He received his undergraduate degree from Carthage College and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. Mr. Inendino is a member of the American Bar Association, the International Association of Attorneys and Executives in Corporate Real Estate, the Real Estate Investment Association and the American College of Investment Council. He is also an active member of the Justinian Society of Lawyers.
