Transworld Business Advisors Opens State-Wide

Lead by President Stan Bailey, a 40-year business executive with extensive merger & acquisition experience, and accompanied by a group of advisors with decades of business experience, Transworld is opening operations in Jefferson and Shelby Counties, Montgomery, North Alabama, Huntsville and the Tennessee Valley, Dothan, Mobile and Baldwin County. Approximately 20 advisory professionals will be located throughout the State to facilitate easy access to the over 390 thousand business owners throughout Alabama.

Bailey’s decision to open the business advisory company came from his recent experiences when attempting to buy businesses in Alabama. “I found that the business brokerage and advisory industry serving Alabama today to be largely served by either large internet listings services with little specific company knowledge or small advisory companies with limited business leadership and transaction experience. Alabama business owners need the availability of highly experience business executives who have owned or run major businesses, bought and sold businesses and franchised their business. When you are selling or buying a business, you have to get it right the first time. These advisory services will be provided with the highest level of quality, integrity and results.”
