RE/MAX Premier Properties, Chicago, Adds Aaron Vanderbilt To Its Expanding Lineup of Top Producing Brokers

April 04, 2013 // Franchising.com // CHICAGO – Aaron Vanderbilt is the latest leading Chicago real estate broker to join RE/MAX Premier Properties, 1205 N. Dearborn Pkwy. The Gold Coast brokerage is headed by broker/owners Janice Corley and Cynthia Bauer.

Vanderbilt, 31, was recently recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors® as one of its 2012 Top Producers. He joined the RE/MAX Premier Properties team in March.

A native of Chicago’s Galewood neighborhood, where he still resides, Vanderbilt has developed a career with a dual focus over the last 12 years. He assists families that are buying or selling their own residence, and he also works closely with investors who purchase, rehab and resell residential and commercial buildings, especially distressed properties.

“I particularly love working with first-time buyers, helping them achieve the long-time goal of home ownership. It’s a great feeling to do that,” he said. “At the same time, the work with investors is fascinating. It’s fast paced and takes me into communities all across the metro Chicago real estate market.”

As the real estate market continues its current rebound, Vanderbilt hopes to expand into the area of new home development.
