The Cheesecake Shop Roxburgh Park Set To Bake Records

May 17, 2013 // Franchising.com // As the first new store in Victoria for five years, The Cheesecake Shop Roxburgh Park looks set to hit the cake out of the park with its initial sales performance.

Celebrating its grand opening on April 17, The Cheesecake Shop Roxburgh Park achieved a strong initial sales result, ranking 13 across Australia in its first full week of trading. During this week, the bakery topped the list as the number one ranked store nationally on Anzac Day.

Nick Avgerinos, National Franchise Development Manager of The Cheesecake Shop, commented, “The Cheesecake Shop has been blessed by the overwhelming interest in its Victorian franchises that resulted in three parties vying to acquire the Roxburgh Park franchise. The successful franchisee Sam Habashi’s application was first class, and he has translated this standard into the opening of the Roxburgh Park store.”

Sam Habashi, Owner and Operator of The Cheesecake Shop Roxburgh Park, is no stranger to customer service and his dedication to the store in evident in the initial results. He said, “In my first month, I have already tasted success. The stores initial performance has been very promising and I am looking forward to growing my business. Mostly, I am thrilled with the community’s response. Customers continue to compliment us on the store and customer service.”

Praising The Cheesecake Shop’s newest addition, Justin Menzies, VIC State Manager, said “The new Roxburgh Park store which we like to call Roxy has been a great success.
