Pillar To Post Welcomes Five New Franchises in August

North America’s Largest Home Inspection Company Adds New Class of Home Inspectors

August 29, 2013 // Franchising.com // Tampa, Fla. - Pillar To Post, North America’s largest home inspection franchise, added five new franchises during the month of August. That brings the company’s total to 41 new franchisees in 2013, on track to meet its goal of 75 new locations by the end of the year.

“We are thrilled to welcome these five skilled franchisees to our team,” said Dan Steward, president and CEO of Pillar To Post. “We are confident they will be strong additions to Pillar To Post and help the brand grow in their markets.”
The new Pillar To Post franchise owners include John Fanch in Denver; Bart Hamilton in Cleveland, Tenn.; George Martos in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; Drew Masters in Kansas City, Kans.; and Scott Frederick in St. Louis.

“The housing recovery is strengthening and it’s reflecting in our business,” said Steward. “Franchisees have tripled their business this summer and we expect this to continue into the coming months. As we continue last year’s record success in our growth, our new franchisees coming on board across North America will help us keep up with the demand for professional home inspectors.”
