Looking For Team Members To Shake It Up With Johnny Rockets

All-American Restaurant Chain to Maximize Outlet Mall Job Fair to Staff for New National Harbor Location

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - Sept. 17, 2013 // PRNewswire // - Johnny Rockets, the international restaurant chain, known for all-American food and fun, is hiring all positions for their new restaurant at Tanger Outlet National Harbor, slated to open in late November. Johnny Rockets is participating in the mall's two-day job fair on September 17 and 18.

Johnny Rockets is seeking experienced candidates for server and cook positions. Ideal applicants should be friendly, energetic and committed to delivering exceptional Guest experiences. For servers, this will include twirling straws, creating ketchup smiley faces, and dancing to hit songs from the past eight decades – signature features that Guests look forward to when they visit Johnny Rockets restaurants around the world. All candidates should share the company's core values of integrity, honesty and fun.

"Eating at one of our restaurants is about more than great-tasting food, its an experience, which is why our team members are really the heart and soul of our business," explained Paul Nishiyama, Johnny Rockets Vice President of Operations. "We're looking for people from Prince George's County who can 'serve smiles every day' by warmly welcoming our Guests, while dancing to some of their favorite tunes, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations."

The new Johnny Rockets National Harbor restaurant will offer a menu of all-American favorites that include made-to-order Hamburgers, hand-spun Shakes, American Fries and classic Sandwiches. The modern Americana ambiance will incorporate architectural elements from the company's contemporary design prototype along with the counter-set jukeboxes and other nostalgic features that have made Johnny Rockets such an iconic dining destination for the past 27 years.

The mall job fair will be held at the Southern Regional Technology and Recreation Complex on September 18 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., and is expected to draw 7,000 to 10,000 attendees. The 350,000-square-foot Tanger Outlet National Harbor will house more than 85 brand name and designer stores when it opens in November.
