Now the treat category leader and one of the leaders in quick-service restaurants has opened a DQ® restaurant located at 45 Maddex Square Drive in Shepherdstown. The 2,400 square-foot restaurant, which employs a staff of 30 and features a drive-thru window, offers all of the amazing Dairy Queen soft-serve treats and cakes as well as Orange Julius fruit beverages and smoothies. In addition, the store also offers the DQ system’s $5 Buck Lunch value meal.

The DQ restaurant in Shepherdstown features DQ favorites, such as the iconic Blizzard® Treats, MooLatté® frozen coffee flavored beverages, DQ Cakes and a wide variety of other soft-serve items. Fans can also choose from a variety of fruit-blended beverages including delicious Orange Julius Premium Fruit Smoothies and now Orange Julius Light Smoothies. All Orange Julius Premium Fruit Smoothies, Light Smoothies and Julius® Original drinks are available in eight flavors including Orange, Strawberry, Strawberry Banana, Tripleberry®, Mango Pineapple, Berry-Pom, OrangeBerry and Piña Colada, and protein or banana boosts can be added. The Orange Julius Premium Fruit Smoothies are made fresh to order with real fruit blended with low-fat yogurt. The Orange Julius Light Smoothies are 170 calories or less in a small size, contain no artificial sweeteners or flavors and are yogurt-free.
The $5 Buck Lunch value meal is available daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at participating locations. Fans have a choice of a quarter-pound GrillBurger™ with cheese, three-piece Chicken Strip Lunch or a Chili Cheese Dog, which are all served with fries, a beverage and choice of a sundae. For just $1 more, fans also will have the option to upgrade their small sundae to a small Blizzard® Treat. The offer may vary in Texas.
