Epsom, NH (PRWEB) November 07, 2013 - When Lisa Carr decided it was time to retire from the military after more than 20 years, she had a big decision to make: What now?

"During the transition process for military retirement, I was given the chance to attend a seminar on franchise opportunities, one of which was The Growth Coach. I always enjoyed helping people to be successful, so I was immediately intrigued," Carr said.

That journey brought Carr to today and the opening of her own Growth Coach Franchise in Epsom, New Hampshire. The Growth Coach is the only business and sales coaching franchise committed to helping business leaders find success in business and balance in life. While most of the coaching is done through affordable group workshops, Carr also can provide one-to-one coaching, remote coaching delivered via phone and web, and special project coaching.

Carr served her first 11 years as a Communications-Computer Systems Specialist before switching gears to be a Healthcare Administrator after earning her Master of Science degree in Organizational Management.

"The past two years required that our office team offer educational opportunities through venues such as classroom and seminars. We delivered these offerings all across the United States and abroad," she said. "Working the relationships to set up and deliver these sessions successfully has provided me with insight that will be extremely beneficial to The Growth Coach of New Hampshire."

The Growth Coach, founded in Cincinnati, sold its first franchise in 2003, but its leaders have a successful 20-year track record of helping business leaders find success and balance. Today the business and sales coaching franchise continues to serve small business owners, management teams, sales teams, and self-employed professionals.
