Realogy Executive Tanya Reu Named 2013 Woman of Influence in Housing by HousingWire

MADISON, N.J. - November 1, 2013 - Realogy Holdings Corp. (NYSE: RLGY), a global leader in real estate franchising and provider of real estate brokerage, relocation and settlement services, today announced that Tanya Reu was named among HousingWire magazine’s "2013 Women of Influence in Housing." Reu is a senior vice president of human resources and diversity at Realogy, current member and past chair of the corporate board of governors for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), national director for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and 2013 chair of AREAA’s Global Summit, and a member of the National Association of Realtors’ Diversity Committee.

"This is indeed a well-deserved honor for Tanya Reu, whose efforts and dedication are truly extraordinary," said Alex Perriello, president and chief executive officer, Realogy Franchise Group. "Tanya has taken the initiative to educate the industry on the importance of diversifying the agent and affiliate network as well as collaborate with brand leadership and strategic partners such as NAHREP, AREAA, the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers to offer solutions and services that support diverse communities."

HousingWire selected Reu because of her long list of achievements at Realogy, including her work as a member of the Realogy Franchise Group’s senior leadership team, providing strategic guidance to achieve growth goals for its international real estate franchise brands - Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial®, ERA® and Sotheby's International Realty®. Reu is also a member of the Realogy Diversity & Inclusion Council, where she leads Realogy’s partnerships with NAHREP and AREAA. She was recognized as a "2013 Women Worth Watching" by Profiles in Diversity Journal, is a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Morris, Bergen, Passaic and Sussex, Inc. and is a mentor for the Soledad O’Brien & Brad Raymond Starfish Foundation.

Reu and 29 other women leaders in housing will be featured in the November 2013 issue of HousingWire magazine. Realogy women have been featured in the two prior years that the magazine has held this program for the residential mortgage finance and real estate communities. On the prestigious list in 2012 was Kathy Korte, president and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, and in 2011, Sherry Chris, president of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and Carmen Mercado, former chairman of NAHREP who at that time was the education and diversity manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Long Island, N.Y. Mercado is currently the national director of diversity and strategic growth for Century 21 Real Estate LLC.

Paul Jackson, CEO and Publisher, HousingWire, said, "This year’s honorees represent a very special group of women. We focused more than any other year on women whose efforts have driven measurable and positive results for their companies, and the industry in general."

Nominees for HousingWire’s women of influence included lenders, mortgage service providers, housing analysts and technology experts, with their experiences ranging from housing policy contributions to running large nonprofit organizations. HousingWire is a news and information source on the real estate economy in the United States, focusing on all aspects of housing news including lending, investments, services and real estate operations.
