Papa Murphy's Takes Home 'Top Consumer Satisfaction' Rating

World's Leading Take 'n' Bake Pizza Chain Continues to Exceed Industry Standards

November 25, 2013 // Franchising.com // VANCOUVER, Wash. – Last week, Papa Murphy's was named the top brand in customer satisfaction for the third quarter, 2013 by Technomic's Consumer Brand Metrics program.

According to the data published, Papa Murphy's earned the highest marks of the 121 chains surveyed – 76 percent of respondents ranked their last visit as "excellent." Consumers' ratings of the chain are based on a number of measures; the value of their time and money, satisfaction with meal portion sizes and the speed of visit. The chain also received the highest ratings from consumers on its ability to provide value through high-quality menu items.
