December 10, 2013, Orlando, FL – Romacorp, Inc. announces the launch of the Tony Roma’s Fire Grill & Lounge concept with a newly remodeled and rebranded Lee Vista location scheduled to open on Thursday, December 12, 2013. After two years of significant research, the company is proud to add unique attributes built upon three main values – Simplicity, Authenticity, Integrity. “Everything we do is guided by these three words. The new menu includes smoked, grilled and braised items such as Prime Rib, Pan Seared Alaskan Cod, Bone-In KC Strip, Smoked Beef Short Rib and of course, Tony’s original recipe Baby Back Ribs and BBQ sauce. Menu has “snacks”, “shareable sides”, “on bread”, “greens & soup” and “handcrafted desserts”. The restaurant will feature a signature Chef’s Table seating up to eight people that will allow for special Chef-hosted menus and events. Each guest receives Smoked Almonds and all entrées include Tony Roma’s exclusive popover home baked bread. “We want our guests to feel like they’re coming to our home for dinner. We want them to feel comfortable and to be entertained, like Tony would have wanted”, commented Brad Smith, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for the chain.
Tony Roma’s will continue to be a part of our local communities through various efforts including school partnerships, Round It Up America and our own VolunTRs program contributing over 50 hours in 6 months to organizations such as Central Florida Boyscouts of America, Coalition for the Homeless, Ronald McDonald House and several more. “Our commitment to each of our local communities will not waver. After the Lee Vista location, the International Drive, two Miami and the Winter Park locations will follow in the next twelve months.
