Keith McCray Brings Passion for Helping People to New Growth Coach Franchise

Air Force Veteran Keith McCray opens his own business - The Growth Coach of Virginia Beach.

Virginia Beach, VA (PRWEB) March 05, 2014 - After four deployments with the Air Force, Keith McCray was ready to find a career that would allow him to be home with his family. Although he loved the military and enjoyed his jobs in the private sector, he was ready to work for himself and have a flexible schedule. That's when he found The Growth Coach.

"When I came back from my last deployment, I decided to open my own business and I found The Growth Coach through VetFran. It was exactly what I was looking for – a franchise that would give me the opportunity to help small businesses and make a positive impact," McCray said.

Previous to opening The Growth Coach, McCray spent more than 20 years in the Air Force, including eight years in the reserves, and continues to serve in the reserves as a Commander of a maintenance squadron. He's also worked for a variety of small, medium and large Fortune 500 companies.

"I have a tremendous amount of respect for individuals willing to take huge risks to open their own business and I'm always disappointed when I see a company going out of business. Often times the business owner had a great idea or service, but didn't understand how to be an owner – especially a strategic owner," McCray said. "I know with my experience and The Growth Coach's Strategic Mindset Process, I will be able to help business owners succeed and make their businesses surpass their goals."
