Josh Pellant Joins Litigation Practice at FaegreBD
March 07, 2014 // Franchising.com // Denver - Faegre Baker Daniels is pleased to announce that Josh Pellant has joined its litigation practice, where he will focus on real estate and construction matters.
Pellant comes to FaegreBD from Hall & Evans LLC, where he gained experience in construction and real estate, pretrial motions, depositions and discovery. Prior to Hall & Evans, Pellant was an associate at Gregory R. Giometti & Associates. He clerked for the Honorable Darla Williamson in the Fourth Judicial District of Idaho from 2009-10.
Pellant received his bachelor's degree from the University of Idaho, and his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, where he was the Symposium Managing Editor of the University of Idaho Law Review.
