WIN Home Inspection Welcomes Blair Dufresne in New Role as Marketing Manager
April 01, 2014 // Franchising.com // MADISON, AL – Nationally recognized home inspection franchise, WIN Home Inspection, is thrilled to welcome back Blair Dufresne as Marketing Manager, effective immediately. After a brief hiatus following the birth of her son, Dufresne joins the WIN home office in this Marketing Operations based position, focusing on direct support of nearly 180 WIN Strategic Partners (S-P's) and their franchised locations around the country.
Dufresne will manage WIN Home Office marketing initiatives, Vendor Partnerships and the needs of the network of WIN franchised businesses. She will be responsible for various organizational marketing standard operating practices and functions. Dufresne's understanding of the WIN Home Inspection business coupled with her professional and work background in finance, business and marketing operations will once again be a great asset to WIN.

Prior to her time at WIN, Dufresne worked with franchise ServiceMaster and has always had a passion for franchise systems that support the American dream. She boasts an MBA from Middle Tennessee University and lives in Huntsville with her husband and son.
