Lindsey Day Joins Gray Plant Mooty’s Corporate and Business Group

April 16, 2014 // Franchising.com // MINNEAPOLIS - Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to announce that Lindsey Day has joined our Minneapolis office as an associate in the Corporate and Business practice group.

Day is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner, and spent over three years as a senior associate in tax services for Ernst & Young, LLP. In that role she gained a comprehensive knowledge of working with businesses to resolve state and local tax issues for large financial institutions, assisted with international tax restructuring projects, and worked side-by-side with clients to find the best financial solutions for their companies. Day practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate law. She has extensive experience counseling emerging businesses and brings a strong legal background in securities compliance work, contracts, corporate restructurings, and corporate investments.

Day graduated with her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and her Masters of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
