Maui Wowi Puts the Spotlight on New Mexico with New Franchisee

Greenwood Village, CO (PRWEB) April 25, 2014 - Maui Wowi Hawaiian brings its familiar fresh fruit smoothies and premium Hawaiian coffee to Albuquerque, New Mexico with new franchisee Jeff Emrick. The company is quickly expanding and is excited to welcome a new franchisee in the Southwest market.

Maui Wowi granted Emrick a franchise agreement that will allow him to operate up to three units with no territory restrictions. The freedom and flexibility of the fun tropical themed concept immediately appealed to Emrick, a husband and father looking for the right fit.

In his earlier years, Emrick was a free spirited guy that played in a rock band. He lived life on the edge and enjoyed the adventure. The memories of those carefree days have remained with him ever since.

He settled down in Albuquerque and started a family with his wife Kristen and their two kids. Emrick traded in the rock star lifestyle for a secure career in the corporate world where he has been working for the past 23 years. It has provided his family with a great life but he still missed the excitement. Now that he has discovered Maui Wowi, Emrick is eager to morph back into the fun and exciting person he remembers.

"This business gives me an awesome opportunity to be successful and have a great time doing it. It’s definitely my dream job!" he said.

Emrick is finally putting his future in the spotlight. With his new Maui Wowi business, he plans to work events on the weekends to grow his presence in the community and get his kids involved. He will start out with the mobile event cart, one of several unique business models the franchise offers. The cart can be set up at events and venues such as stadiums, festivals, and youth sports.

"I decided to start with the mobile model because it seems very lucrative and flexible. Events are huge and you have an opportunity to make a lot of money," said Emrick. "The low cost to get started plus the amount of money you can make; it just seemed like a no brainer to me."

As he gains momentum, Emrick envisions a retail store in his future that will be a centerpiece for his ever growing operation.
