The Growth Coach Franchise Aims to Open New Locations in Mexico City

Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) May 01, 2014 - With entrepreneurs and small business owners growing in numbers all over the world, The Growth Coach is looking to bring the company’s signature business coaching services to additional markets to make a positive difference – namely Mexico City – through additional franchise locations.

"Other coaching companies have gone into Mexico City to work with CEOs and big businesses but quite frankly, missed the huge market opportunity there. The booming businesses in Mexico are the small and mid-size businesses, the very niche The Growth Coach franchise supports so well. We specialize in serving these types of business owners and entrepreneurs, the ones contributing to the rapidly expanding middle class in Mexico," The Growth Coach President Nathan Owens said.

"Also, the government in Mexico is now seriously supporting and investing in entrepreneurship to further fuel and develop their middle-class economy, so this is a great time for The Growth Coach to have a large commitment and presence there," he added.

The Growth Coach, an international business and sales coaching franchise, is the world’s leader in group coaching workshops and the only franchise dedicated to helping business leaders find both success in business and balance in life. Growth Coaches around the world serve small business owners, management professionals, sales teams and the self-employed, among others. To achieve that goal, however, the company is seeking passionate franchise owners who want to make a difference in Mexico by enriching the lives of others.

Pablo Payro, the Master Franchise Owner for Mexico’s Central Region, is looking forward to what The Growth Coach can do for the business owners and leaders in Mexico.

"The US is renowned as a world leader in entrepreneurship and innovation. Examples of this are seen every day in the dynamic creation of new companies in Silicon Valley and in many cities across the US. I plan to bring the best coaching practices and intellectual property created by The Growth Coach while becoming the leader of Business Coaching in the US, and facilitate the transfer of this superior knowledge into the Mexican marketplace," he said.

Payro brings more than 25 years of executive and entrepreneurship experience to The Growth Coach’s ownership team. His corporate career with a variety of international companies – as well as the three successful companies he’s launched in Mexico over the last 10 years – have given him unique experience and insight into the challenges businesses of all sizes face. His academic background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.

"I am very excited to be part of the very successful The Growth Coach franchise, and look forward to bringing the proven business model developed over the last 20 years in the US, to help small and mid-sized business owners successfully grow their business in Mexico," he said. "My vision is to help small and mid-size business owners grow their business, become more successful as executives and have a better quality of life by incorporating the best practices with in the structured process from The Growth Coach, which is based on helping thousands of companies in the US become more successful"

Most of The Growth Coach’s services are delivered through affordable group workshops, but coaches also provide one-to-one coaching, remote coaching delivered via phone and web, and coaching for special projects. The Growth Coach also is currently rolling out alternative financing, business valuation services, web coaching, sales mapping and more.

"The Growth Coach is in more than 140 markets right now and we’re looking for significant international expansion over the next four years. Our proven and guaranteed coaching solutions have been making a difference in the lives of business people in the United States for more than 20 years and now it’s time for us to bring our coaching systems to the business owners, management teams, and sales teams in Mexico City," said Daniel Murphy, founder and CEO of The Growth Coach.

Owens added, "The Strategic Mindset® coaching process and services of The Growth Coach are applicable in any country and with any business culture. We know business leaders, management teams, and sales professionals around the world can benefit dramatically from what The Growth Coach has to offer. Small business owners are our heroes no matter where they live or work and we are passionately committed and uniquely qualified to solve their issues and challenges."

While The Growth Coach is focusing on Mexico City, the overall expansion plan aims to have the company in 369 territories and seven countries over the next four years.

"Entrepreneurs and small business owners are expanding rapidly around the globe and they need business and sales coaching to reach optimal success. Mexico City is no exception and we want to be there in a big way and make substantial contributions. Our expansion plans are all part of fulfilling our mission to significantly transform lives and businesses around the world one community at a time," Owens said. "We are abundantly confident that The Growth Coach in Mexico, with our proven business model and systems, will make major contributions in helping to advance their small-business economy, middle-class formation, and country as a whole."
