Young Franchise Ranks Higher Than Industry Veterans in Franchisee Satisfaction Surveys

May 21, 2014 // Franchising.com // SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. - Amada Senior Care, premier provider of non-medical in-home care and assisted living placement counseling, recently ranked among the top five senior care companies in the US in Franchise Business Review's 2014 Top Senior Care Companies issue. Franchise Business Review is one of the leading market research companies in the industry. Their "Senior Care Companies" issue is released once every two years.

"Senior care is a highly competitive industry, which means franchisors need to work twice as hard to make their franchise brands stand out to prospective franchisees," said Franchise Business Review president Michelle Rowan. Franchise Business Review identifies top companies by conducting surveys of franchisees across various franchise systems. These franchisees are asked to rank their companies in areas of support, core values, general satisfaction, financial opportunity, leadership, operations and product development, and franchisee community.
