Liberty Tax Service to Report Fiscal 2014 Results on June 18, 2014

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA - (Marketwired - Jun 9, 2014) - JTH Holding, Inc. (NASDAQ: TAX), parent company of Liberty Tax Service, announced today that it will report its earnings for fiscal 2014 before the market opens on Wednesday, June 18, 2014. At 8:30 a.m. ET on the same day, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its earnings.
