Denny's Announces Timing of Second Quarter 2014 Results and Conference Call

Conference Call to Be Monday, July 28, 2014 at 4:30 P.M. (ET)

SPARTANBURG, S.C. - July 14, 2014 // GLOBE NEWSWIRE // - Denny's Corporation (Nasdaq:DENN), franchisor and operator of one of America's largest franchised full-service restaurant chains, plans to announce financial and operating results for its second quarter ended June 25, 2014 on Monday, July 28, 2014, after the markets close. Senior management will hold a conference call on the same day at 4:30 p.m. (ET) to discuss these results and answer questions.
