Virginia Beach, VA - (Marketwired - Jul 15, 2014) - JTH Holding, Inc. (NASDAQ: TAX) (the "Company"), the parent company of Liberty Tax Service, announced today its name change to Liberty Tax, Inc.

"This name change will reduce confusion related to the previous name and will help us improve our brand recognition," said John Hewitt, CEO. "We believe this name better reflects our primary business and will make it easier for people seeking information about us."
