Wayback Burgers Gives Free Hotdogs to First 50 Customers

America's Hometown Burger Joint Celebrates National Hotdog Day

July 16, 2014 // Franchising.com // CHESHIRE, CT ­-­ Recognized as one of the most aggressive and ambitious "better burger" brands in the United States, Wayback Burgers, with over 80 locations, will be giving away FREE hotdogs to the first 50 customers on Wednesday, July 23 to celebrate National Hot Dog Day. In addition, hotdogs will also be buy one, get one free the remainder of the day.

Wayback Burgers is home to the Wayback Dog that features a perfect combination of bacon, cheese, grilled onions and Wayback Gold Sauce. Also on the Wayback Burgers menu is The Classic Chili Cheese Dog and The Plain Dog, to be personally customized with specialty toppings.

"Our Wayback Burgers team takes just as much pride in our hotdogs as we do in our burgers. With the option to customize our hotdogs as we do our burgers, customers know they're in for a serious treat."

Wayback Burgers is about serving delicious and fresh, hand-made burgers and hand-dipped milkshakes amidst an atmosphere that hearkens back to a simpler place and time – a time when "customer service" meant something and everyone felt the warmth of the community. The restaurant offers rich, thick milkshakes made the old-fashioned way by hand, using only fresh milk and hand-dipped ice cream. Wayback Burgers also offers crispy and grilled chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers, turkey burgers, and house-made chips, as well as the famous Burger and Shake of the Month.

During the month of July, Wayback Burgers is offering the Firecracker Burger as the Burger of the Month. The Firecracker Burger is a double-pattied burger topped with jalapeno bacon, chipotle mayo, pepper jack cheese and French's French fried onions. Additionally, the Shake of the Month is the key lime pie milkshake made with graham cracker crumbs.
