FaegreBD's IP Team Adds Associate Nick Anderson

July 21, 2014 // Franchising.com // Minneapolis - Nicholas M. Anderson has joined the intellectual property team in Faegre Baker Daniels' Minneapolis office as an associate.

Anderson handles patent preparation, prosecution and infringement analysis for clients in a range of industries. He is experienced with trademark searches and applications and domain name dispute resolution. Anderson also supports clients in preparation for and during intellectual property litigation. He is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Previously, Anderson was an associate attorney with Crawford Maunu in St. Paul, Minn., for more than three years. During law school, he served as a legal intern in the National Institutes of Health's Office of Technology Transfer and as a clerk with Australian firm Allens.

Anderson is a 2010 graduate of the DePaul University College of Law, where he earned a law degree and a certificate in intellectual property. He received a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2007.
