July 21, 2014 - On July 26, 2014, Beverly Grady, Partner-in-Charge of Roetzel's Fort Myer's office, will speak at the 33rd annual seminar of the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association (FMAA) at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, Florida.

Ms. Grady will speak on the topic "Zoning in Progress" – a presentation on the authority of municipalities to apply newly enacted development requirements on pending development.

Board Certified in City, County & Local Government Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization, Ms. Grady focuses her practice on environmental, zoning and land use, administrative, governmental relations, permitting issues and real estate matters.
