Family-Friendly Dining Franchise Continues Home State Expansion

July 28, 2014 // Franchising.com // WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Hurricane Grill & Wings®, an island-inspired restaurant franchise famous for its never-frozen, jumbo wings and more than 35 original flavors, announced the signing of two new multi-unit development agreements in Orlando, Fla. in addition to a new corporate-owned store totaling 9 new locations in the city.

"Hurricane Grill & Wings is growing rapidly and the Orlando market is an area that the brand has targeted for both corporate and franchised growth."

Multi-unit development agreements in Orlando, Fla. consist of:

• Central Florida Wings, LLC– Five restaurants in the next three years with one restaurant slated to open in November 2014 and a second in March 2015
• Tamarind Investments, LLC– Three restaurants to open in the next three years

In addition to Hurricane Grill & Wings’ multi-unit development agreements, the brand will be opening corporate-owned store featuring a new prototype located in Orlando on I-Drive across the street from Sea World, and is set to open in first quarter 2015. The new prototype boasts 5,300 square feet and seating for 230 people.

The laid back island atmosphere and extensive menu of delicious items including fresh seafood, crisp salads, ½ pound Angus Burgers, and creative cocktails has made Hurricane Grill & Wings a dining destination for close to 20 years.
