All New Moms Club to Give Women the Strength for Motherhood

SAN DIEGO - July 29, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ - FIT4MOM®, the nation's largest fitness program for moms, today announced the launch of its new moms club called Our Village. The program is supported by many of the company's national brand partners, such as LUNA, BOB Gear, Happy Family and Coffee Blenders.

"We realized many years ago that every mom needs a village," says FIT4MOM founder, Lisa Druxman. "They say it takes a village to raise a child. But it also takes a village to raise a mom. All moms are looking to connect, to inspire and to share, so we felt the name was an obvious fit."

The purpose of Our Village moms club is to create an inviting group where all moms can have fun, meet other moms and be a part of something special. Each FIT4MOM franchise offers an Our Village program. It is a free and available to all moms whether they are members of a FIT4MOM program or not.

"We want Our Village to be a place where all moms can participate in fun activities to support and strengthen them," says Druxman. "We hope it's a place where they can feel safe and where they can get answers and support about motherhood. From mom's nights out, playgroups for young families, meal trains for moms in need, or a service project that benefits the local community we want them to feel that this is their village."

For over a decade, FIT4MOM franchises have been getting together to raise money, to raise awareness, and to educate for many causes that align with the company's values. Our Village makes it easy for women to be a part of something that gives back. If moms want to be more involved in any of the FIT4MOM initiatives, they can visit their local franchisee.
