911 Restoration Adds Franchises Nationwide

Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) August 07, 2014 - 911 Restoration, America’s fastest growing water damage and disaster restoration franchise, announced today it was adding new franchises in five new states, 11 new locations in the United States, and one new location in Canada. The company is expanding to franchises in New Hampshire, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Michigan, and Nevada while adding new locations in Douglas and Gwinnett-Forsyth, Georgia. In Canada, 911 Restoration will be expanding to Durham Region that will cover the Toronto area.

911 Restoration’s new franchise partners will initially focus their attention on Metro Detroit, Milwaukee, Louisville, and Las Vegas. The grandfather son franchisee team of the La Fontaines will be bringing 911 Restoration’s signature restoration service to the entire state of New Hampshire with five new locations. This is the first time a 911 Restoration franchisee has ever taken an entire state.

Co-founded and led by Idan Shpizear and Peleg Lindenbergh, 911 Restoration operates 50 franchises nationwide and plans to double that number to 100 franchises by the end of 2015.

"It is always exciting to see how we are affecting our new partners’ lives. I look at all of our franchisees, both new and old, and I feel thankful that we are surrounded by such an amazing group of people," said Idan Shpizear, "Our vision is to get great people to work together and share the same goal. It is wonderful to watch that vision come together."

911 Restoration began in 2000 as a carpet cleaning business located in Van Nuys, California. The small business quickly expanded to offer a range of disaster restoration services. In 2007, 911 Restoration went from a single business to an upstart franchisor that soon won plaudits from franchise owners and consumers. Three things differentiated the company from its larger competitors.

First, by providing an instant flow of job leads through the canny use of internet marketing techniques, 911 Restoration provides an instant flow of service calls to new franchisees. These are proven techniques that have been pioneered by 911 Restoration as a single business back in 2000. "Marketing is more than just about sales and leads. Marketing is about forming a connection between the services our franchises offer and customers in need. 911 Restoration has used the power of internet marketing to form that connection for 10 years. We pride ourselves in being innovators in the way restoration franchisees use the internet to connect to consumers," said Miri Offir, CMO of 911 Restoration and head of its marketing partner, MilestoneSEO.

The second thing that set 911 Restoration apart from the competition is the level of support that it provided to all its franchisees. Franchisees that purchase a 911 franchise get a complete, functional business in a box - this includes an in-house collection department, and an estimating department that allows franchisees to maximize profits. New franchises also received certification and training directly from 911 Restoration, this allows them to bring five star service and care to every new customer.

The third thing that made 911 Restoration unique among franchisors is the level of customer service that it provided to both its franchisees and its customers. 911 Restoration used a dedicated, in-house call center that is open 24/7, 365 days a year. Customer service warm transfers homeowners in need to franchisees who can help. No messages, no call backs.

Most importantly, franchisees who choose 911 Restoration buy into a company that feels like a family dedicated to their success. "At 911 Restoration, franchisees can call the owners of the company any time. "All of our franchisees have our owners’ cell phone numbers. And they pick up when called. How many other franchises can offer that?" said Alin Cruz, Director of Franchise Development, adding, "Our goal is to have a small, motivated group of 500 franchisees who own 5,000 locations rather than 5,000 franchises in 5,000 locations. I have the best career in the world," Alin Cruz, Director of Franchise Development, continued, "I get paid well to make new friends for life."

In the past seven months, 911 Restoration has expanded by 30% and is now the company to beat in the restoration franchise space. 911 Restoration is poised to double its growth in the next 18 months.
