Capriotti’s To Expand Nevada Presence

August 11, 2014 // Franchising.com // LAS VEGAS – Capriotti's Sandwich Shop announces the upcoming arrival of their latest location in Las Vegas. With 31 shops in the Vegas area, the Craig Road East location will be the 32nd restaurant for the award winning sandwich shop and marks the chain's commitment to expanding its reach in its hometown where the corporate headquarters are located. In celebration of the grand opening, Capriotti's will be debuting daily specials from Monday, August 25th - Sunday, August 31st.

Established in 1976 and with over 100 locations in 14 states and federal districts, Capriotti's is dedicated to serving guests delicious, handmade subs crafted with fresh ingredients. Some of the award-winning sandwiches include the sub shop's signature creation, The Bobbie®, made with in-house roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing and a hint of mayo on a freshly baked roll and the Cole Turkey®, made with slow roasted turkey, provolone cheese, coleslaw, Russian dressing and mayo. Capriotti's also offers a variety of vegetarian sub options like the Veggie Cheese Steak, as well as an assortment of hand-tossed salads such as The Black & Bleu, made with chopped greens, homemade roast beef, diced cucumbers, sweet peppers and bleu cheese crumbles.

"This will be the second Capriotti's location to set up shop on Craig Road.
