YoFresh Yogurt Café Promises A Wake-Up Call for Customers' Taste Buds

Exciting Chain Announces 4 New Stores This Month

August 12, 2014 // Franchising.com // BOSTON, MASS. - The huge variety at YoFresh Yogurt Café means you could visit one of their shops hundreds of times and never have to order the same flavor and topping combination twice.

The Boston-based franchise that is leading the pack in the quick-serve yogurt category (www.yofreshyogurtcafe.com) opened four new franchised shops in the past month.

The new stores are in Hales Crossing, Wisconsin (the state's second); Brick and Haddonfield, New Jersey, the state's 5th and 6th stores; and in Fenton, Missouri, the first in the state.

YoFresh founder/CEO Chris Gregoris reports excellent customer traffic at the chain's locations thanks to limitless flavor and topping combinations (called 'lots o' toppings'); healthful light meal, snack and dessert offerings that appeal to all ages; dessert or meal offerings suitable for any time of day; and a fun, funky, colorful décor.

Some of yogurt's popularity is due to unsolicited celebrity endorsements. TV host Dr. Mehmet Oz extols the virtues of yogurt as his "#1 super snack." On her website Oprah Winfrey promotes yogurt as a favorite "brain food that energizes and revives." Among celebrities who regularly enjoy yogurt are Britney Spears, Kim Kardashian, and Miley Cyrus who said she slimmed down by adding frozen yogurt to her diet.

Yogurt is rich in protein, calcium, riboflavin, vitamins B6, B12 and D. Its active cultures may discourage some infections and may help one to feel fuller. Some studies show that dairy foods can prevent osteoporosis, can reduce the risk of developing high blood pressure, and may help certain gastrointestinal conditions.

YoFresh's Chris Gregoris says, "We're excited to welcome this latest shops to the YoFresh family. We're on a dramatic growth curve with about 25 stores in 9 states. Many more are in various stages of launching and new territories are available. We welcome inquiries from entrepreneurs interested in getting into the fun and exciting frozen yogurt industry." One franchisee wrote, "It's exciting to run my own business while making my customers smile."

YoFresh Yogurt Café welcomes inquiries from prospective franchisees. We make it easy to get up and running. For more information, visit www.yofreshyogurtcafe.com or email: chris@yofreshyogurtcafe.com.
