Penn Station Celebrates Free Lemonade Day August 20th

CINCINNATI - Aug. 15, 2014 // PRNewswire // - Penn Station East Coast Subs, the upscale, fast-casual restaurant that features the best-tasting subs, celebrates their third annual Free Lemonade Day on August 20 by offering their signature, fresh-squeezed lemonade for free with the purchase of any sub.

"Our lemonade is delicious and refreshing, just the way it should be," says Craig Dunaway, President of Penn Station. "We take the time to make it the right way, from scratch."

Penn Station's lemonade is made fresh, in-store daily from hand-squeezed Sunkist lemons. The lemon juice is mixed with sugar and water for a perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Several times a day Penn Station employees can be seen juicing the lemons to make small batches. "The key is they can't squeeze the lemons too far ahead," says Dunaway. "Anything that sits there awhile just is not as good."

Penn Station has been ranked one of the top Franchise Opportunities by U.S. Entrepreneur Magazine and named a Top 50 Winner by Franchise Business Review. Movers and Shakers by Fast Casual acknowledged Penn Station in its 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 Annual Movers and Shakers list. Penn Station is consistently awarded "Best-Tasting Subs" year after year by numerous outlets in a number of cities.
