Mr. Dickey Stops by for Guest Appreciation Event at Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Aurora

August 20, 2014 // Franchising.com // Aurora, CO - On Friday, August 22 Dickey's Barbecue's lead chef and chairman, Roland Dickey, Sr. is celebrating barbecue lovers in Aurora with a Guest Appreciation Event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Aurora location. Guests will get a chance to beef up their barbecue skills just in time for Labor Day when Mr. Dickey gives out 100 free autographed copies of his cookbook, Mr. Dickey's Barbecue Cookbook.

"I love an opportunity to meet our guests across the country," said chairman, Roland Dickey, Sr. "Sharing our recipes with guests and their families is something I look forward to at all of our customer events."

Guests can stop by for country music when radio station 98.5 KYGO is on-site from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. During the event, the location will serve $2 pulled pork sandwiches. One lucky winner will receive free barbecue for an entire year.
