Always customizable, Uncle Maddio's Panini sandwiches feature fresh, never frozen, artesian Panini breads. Made-and-toasted-to-order Uncle Maddio's Paninis are served with fresh local veggies, handmade meatballs and sausages, homemade dressings, and secret recipe homemade sauces. Spotlight stand-outs from the Uncle Maddio's Signature Sandwich menu, include the Italian Panini - honey cured ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone, banana peppers, lettuce, tomato and house made Italian dressing. More Italian staples, include the Tuscan Meatball Panini with homemade meatballs and marinara sauce, topped with melted mozzarella and fresh basil for flavor; and the Eggplant Parmesan Panini, made with garden fresh eggplant lightly breaded and baked, homemade marinara sauce, caramelized onions and mushrooms, and fresh, warm mozzarella cheese. And finally, a fall favorite, the hot and juicy Turkey Bacon Cheddar Panini features turkey, bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato and Chipotle Ranch dressing.

Known for its individual - create-your-own - pizzas, Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint offers four sizes of pies from 6-inch, 9-inch, medium and large. Guests choose one of three crusts, including whole wheat and gluten-free options, and have the choice of 48 toppings - six homemade sauces, 27 vegetables and 15 meats. Guests can also order one of the chain's chef-designed pizzas, along with "take and bake" options for the Uncle Maddio's experience at home.

The menu also features create-your-own salads and signature salads, such as Greek, Tuscan Antipasto, and Santa Fe, all with homemade dressings.

For those with dietary restrictions or specifications, Uncle Maddio's serves up a huge selection of healthful options like whole wheat and gluten free crusts, hormone-free chicken, vegetables, Daiya vegan cheese and organic greens.
