Roetzel's Cleveland Office Adds Attorney Ilirjan Pipa

Mr. Pipa joins the firm's business services group and focuses his practice in the areas of securities, corporate transactions and mergers & acquisitions-related work.

The firm's corporate and business services attorneys provide experienced counsel to clients throughout all stages of business strategy, development, and corporate governance. Roetzel's attorneys work with clients and in-house counsel to address the challenges and opportunities associated with the formation, operation, and growth of all types of organizations, while developing strong partnerships with those clients to understand their businesses, visions and goals.

Mr. Pipa, formerly of Kohrman Jackson & Krantz PLL in Cleveland, earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law simultaneously with an M.B.A. from the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management. He graduated magna cum laude from Baldwin Wallace University with a B.A. Mr. Pipa sits on the Board of Directors of the not-for-profit Albanian-American Association of Cleveland.
