Gainesville Fit Body Boot Camp Announces Grand Opening of New Fitness Boot Camp

New Gainesville fitness boot camp plans to make working out as fun as it is effective.

Gainsville, VA (PRWEB) September 13, 2014 - Gainesville Fit Body Boot Camp is excited to invite the community to their official Grand Opening celebration today, Saturday, September 13th, 2014. The fitness boot camp is part of the international Fit Body Boot Camp franchise, which is known worldwide for their intense, thirty-minute fat-burning workouts designed to get busy people the fast results they’re looking for in as little time as possible.

"Our workouts are hard work, but we make them fun as well," says co-owner and lead trainer Monika Robinson. "Our fitness boot camp is perfect for people who are really crunched for time, because our sessions are designed to get maximum fat-burning results in just thirty minutes per session."

Gainesville Fit Body Boot Camp also makes getting fit easier for those on busy schedules by offering 45 different sessions throughout the week, including early morning and evening sessions. The boot camp also makes working out more convenient for parents by offering child care during the workouts.

"We have a great children’s play area here that is supervised by a terrific staff," says Robinson. "Two children of each adult member may use this room at no cost. Additional children and the children of promotion clients can pay a drop-in fee of $5 per child per session. The kids have a lot of fun and the parents get to do something good for themselves without having to worry about a babysitter."

Robinson adds that setting up a child care area was a priority for the boot camp, not just to make fitness more accessible to parents, but also to make it easier for parents to serve as role models of healthy living for their kids.

"It’s really important for us to help create healthier lifestyles here in an area where fast food restaurants are on every corner, "Robinson explains. "We’re committed to educating the community about health and wellness, and we want to help revitalize the neighborhood from the inside out. We are not just a training facility, we are a family."

The Grand Opening will take place at the fitness boot camp, located at 7669 Limestone Drive, Suite 105 in the Gateway Business Center. The grand opening will run from 12-4pm and there free boot camp workouts, complimentary food and beverages and raffles for great prizes, including premium Washington Redskins tickets and a 40" flat screen TV. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit The Sweet Julia Grace Foundation.
