Zippy Shell USA, LLC Expands Interstate Move Division into New Florida Headquarters!

September 25, 2014 // Franchising.com // Washington, D.C. – Zippy Shell USA, LLC is proud to announce the opening of the brand new ZipMove® Headquarters in Tampa, Florida. In just a few months of operation ZipMove has grown into over 50 metro markets across the U.S. and this growth has necessitated the expansion of call center services.

ZipMove utilizes the Zippy Shell portable storage and moving system to provide moving services to customers throughout the United States. The portable storage containers allow a more cost effective and secure means of moving a customer’s goods across the country. ZipMove can also seamlessly supply storage services to either end of the move if necessary. Moving services are provided between Zippy Shell franchise locations across the nation.

The moving industry is an $18 billion dollar industry consisting of more than 8,100 companies providing moving, transportation, storage and packing services.

46 of the Zippy Shell franchise locations currently offer the ZipMove service that expands out to over 87 markets. ZipMove is expected to continue the extension’s rapid expansion through the end of 2014 and is anticipated to reach 100 markets before the end of the year.
