"He has a proven track record of supplying the support new and seasoned franchisees need in order to continue to perform at top levels."
Prior to this promotion, Boyd worked as a consultant for Instant Imprints. During this time he was instrumental in creating a training program for franchisees that teaches business development, as less than two percent of franchises teach these skills. Boyd has also helped with training and development at his wife's, Linda, Instant Imprints store in Louisville, Colorado. Before joining Instant Imprints, the couple owned two McDonald's and Boyd was a training and operations manager for McDonald's regional office.
"I am excited to continue working with the franchisees through the training and mentorship programs," said Boyd, who is a mentor to many. "Our franchisees are incredibly motivated individuals and we want to give them the best foundation of knowledge and tools to grow sales and profit as soon as possible. I am thrilled to be a part of the process."
This new position comes amid Instant Imprints aggressive North American development phase, which calls for more than 500 new centers throughout the United States and Canada. Boyd's promotion supports the brands continued focus on franchisee support and development.
