Local resident Steve Oppliger, a corporate training and multi-unit manager for an international fast casual brand, is turning his sights toward hospitality, as he runs day-to-day operations for Patrice & Associates in eastern Nebraska. Oppliger will serve businesses around Omaha, Blair, Fremont, Gretna and Plattsmouth.
