Hurricane Grill & Wings® Opens Fourth Texas Restaurant

Tropical-Themed Casual Dining Franchise Set To Open New Location in Lubbock

November 17, 2014 // Franchising.com // WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Hurricane Grill & Wings®, an island-inspired, full-service restaurant, continues its expansion in the state of Texas with a new restaurant in Lubbock. The family-friendly restaurant invites local residents to come in and Live with Flavor® where guests can enjoy a variety of sizzling wings, delectable entrees and fresh salads to satisfy any craving.

This will be the first location for franchisee Alejandro Zamanillo, who decided to start his own business after speaking with a Hurricane Grill & Wings franchisee and seeing the positive aspects of the popular wing brand. The brand has plans to open six additional Texas locations for 2015 in Houston, Dallas, Austin and college station.

"Hurricane Grill & Wings is such a unique concept with a great menu. I anticipate success in Lubbock and hope to open more locations in the Texas area," said franchisee Alejandro Zamanillo.

Hurricane Grill & Wings is known for their more than 35 signature flavors of award-winning, never frozen fresh jumbo wings. Favorite flavors include Chipotle Raspberry BBQ, Garlic Parmesan and Jamaican Jerk and can range in heat intensity from Calm Seas to Evacuation Route. Fans can also customize their own burgers with the Build-A-Burger menu, featuring a variety of savory toppings and delicious flavors. The location will also offer additional entrees including seafood, salads and delectable appetizers.

Hurricane Grill & Wings’ newest location features an indoor dining room that seats up to 150 people and an outdoor patio that seats a total of 60 people. The restaurant will also feature locally crafted beers for guests to enjoy.
