H&R Block to Report Fiscal 2015 Second Quarter Results December 8 and Hold Investor Conference on December 9

KANSAS CITY, MO - (Marketwired) - November 17, 2014 - H&R Block Inc. (NYSE: HRB) will report fiscal 2015 second quarter results after the New York Stock Exchange market close on Monday, December 8. At that time, a copy of the earnings press release will be available on the company's investor relations web site at http://investors.hrblock.com.

At 8:30 a.m. EST on Tuesday, December 9, the company will hold its investor conference in New York City. H&R Block's senior leaders will outline the company's strategies and outlook, and provide a general business update including discussion of fiscal 2015 second quarter results.
