Restaurant Operator Celebrates With Free Sub Fundraiser

November 24, 2014 - East Hanover, NJ - Jersey Mike's Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in East Hanover on November 19. Restaurant operator Richie Maclachlan held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, November 19 to Sunday, November 23 to support the East Hanover School District PTA.

The new restaurant, located at 346 Route 10 West, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a generous donation to the East Hanover School District PTA.

"I started my career with Jersey Mike's at the Parsippany location just after graduating from high school," said Maclachlan. "This opportunity to operate our new shop in East Hanover is very exciting and we can't wait to open our doors. For the first five days that we're open, we will be holding a fundraiser for the East Hanover School District PTA. Our goal is to support our community and serve the best sub sandwiches in town."
