Pillar To Post Home Inspectors Named Among Top 50 Franchises by Franchise Business Review

North America’s Largest Home Inspection Company Recognized for Franchisee Satisfaction

March 31, 2015 // Franchising.com // Tampa, Fla. - Pillar To Post Home Inspectors, North America’s largest home inspection company, received Franchise Business Review’s (FBR) 2015 Top 50 Franchisee Satisfaction Award. Pillar To Post President and CEO Dan Steward accepted the award at the recent 2015 International Franchise Association convention in Las Vegas along with Vice President of Franchise Field Support Charles Furlough and Vice President of Franchise Sales Brian Wieters.

Pillar To Post was recognized for its franchisee satisfaction as rated by the company’s franchisee partners. In September, FBR surveyed Pillar To Post franchisees through an online survey to rate the company in eight major categories; Training & Support, Franchise System, Leadership, Core Values, Franchise Community, Self-Evaluation, Financial Opportunity and General Satisfaction. During 2014 FBR surveyed nearly 25,000 franchisees throughout hundreds of franchise systems. Pillar To Post ranked 23rd in franchisee satisfaction of large systems with 250 or more franchisees.

“This is the most meaningful award in franchising,” said Steward. “The ratings come directly from our own franchise partners and are then ranked against hundreds of other outstanding franchise systems. We began using the FRB survey system in 2007 to better hear the voice of our franchisees and their voice continues to be a critical part of how we build Pillar To Post.”

Pillar To Post’s recognition by FBR represents the company’s third successive year awarded the Top 50 Award.
